Artemus W. Ham IV is a trial lawyer practicing primarily in the areas of civil and commercial litigation with an emphasis in personal injury and real estate. Mr. Ham handles complex cases including products liability and wrongful death, and has handled mass tort cases including class actions and multi-district pharmaceutical litigation.

Licensed in all courts in the State of Nevada, Mr. Ham represents both injured persons and corporations through the trial process, including jury and non-jury trials in both State and Federal Court. Mr. Ham is certified in all areas of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and has represented clients in the mediation and arbitration process. Mr. Ham has successfully handled appellate cases in the Nevada Supreme Court and is qualified to practice in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Ham co-founded the Ham Galliher law firm after gaining significant litigation experience working at two (2) of the most prestigious and well-recognized law firms in the State of Nevada; The Cobeaga Law Firm (partner) and Harrison, Kemp & Jones, LLP (associate). Since opening Ham Galliher, LLP, Mr. Ham has dedicated his practice to protecting victims who have been harmed by the negligence or malfeasance of others.

Mr. Ham is a fourth generation Las Vegan and a graduate of Bishop Gorman High School. Mr. Ham completed his undergraduate studies at Santa Clara University and obtained his law degree from Creighton University School of Law. Upon graduating law school, Mr. Ham worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Michael A. Cherry in the Eighth Judicial District Court. Justice Cherry became a member of the Nevada Supreme Court in January, 2007.

In addition to his work as a trial lawyer, Mr. Ham is dedicated to the Las Vegas community much the same as the previous generations of Ham lawyers in Nevada. Artemus W. Ham and Artemus W. Ham, Jr. were practicing attorneys in Las Vegas, Nevada. The "Artemus W. Ham" family has lived in Las Vegas for more than four (4) generations, making them one of the pioneer families of the Las Vegas valley. Throughout the years, the Hams have played a significant role in assisting the prosperous evolution and development of Las Vegas and have been recognized and honored across the State of Nevada for their philanthropy work. As attorneys, philanthropists, and real estate entrepreneurs, the Hams have been instrumental in helping to shape Las Vegas into what it is today.

Mr. Ham is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and the Clark County Bar where Mr. Ham's grandfather, Artemus W. Ham, Jr., previously served as President. Additionally, Mr. Ham is a member of the American Bar Association, the Nevada Justice Association, American Association for Justice and the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.
